Program Details
The Home Energy Plus Emergency Furnace Program is a year-round program through the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) that provides assistance to eligible low-income Wisconsin households when their primary heating system no longer provides heat, is inoperable, or becomes unsafe.
If your furnace or boiler stops working, WHEAP emergency heating system assistance can provide services to eligible homeowners. This includes repairs, and in some situations, a total replacement of a non-operating system.
